POSTE & MISSIONS : Le ou la stagiaire découvrira le fonctionnement de la mission Archives de l’Établissement public du Musée d’Orsay et du Musée l’Orangerie. Sous le tutorat de la coordinatrice générale/correspondante archives de l’établissement, en collaboration étroite avec la mission des Archives du ministère de la Culture, le ou la stagiaire aura pour missions :

  • D’apporter son appui aux différentes directions de l’établissement pour collecter et trier les archives des services, préparer les versements internes, préparer les éliminations règlementaires.
  • De préparer un ou plusieurs versements aux Archives nationales, notamment des dossiers d’expositions, en rédigeant les instruments de recherche correspondants.
  • De contribuer à la mise à jour de la page « archives administratives » sur l’intranet de l’établissement.
